From Bean to Brilliance: Celebrating Women in Chocolate

From Bean to Brilliance: Celebrating Women in Chocolate

Chocolate is more than just delicious - it is a journey. For some, it is an adventure through lush forests, winding rivers, and deep into history, uncovering the rich culture of cacao. For others, it is a taste of love, a memory wrapped in every bite.

This International Women's Month, YI SHI Cacao Collective and Little Umbrella Cafe invite you to celebrate the remarkable women behind craft chocolate. Together, we'll explore four distinct cacao origins from around the world and savor the work of four exceptional bean-to-bar chocolate makers.
