Step into the world of flavours as we play "flavour detectives," uncovering the unique tastes and interactions of Japanese tea and craft chocolate.

A shared love for delicious discoveries brought together Jan from Jan's Chanoma (Jan • 茶の間) and Olivia from YI SHI Cacao Collective to create a one-of-a-kind tasting experience. This blind tasting adventure blends the elegance of Japanese tea with the playful complexity of craft chocolate, inviting you to explore their harmony in surprising ways.

What to Look Forward To:

  • Learn the art of tasting Japanese tea
  • Develop your palate for craft chocolate and its many expressions
  • Savor four Japanese tea and five craft chocolates
  • Experience flavour interactions through engaging blind tasting exercises
