Tucked away in the heart of a Caribbean, two mysterious islands brimming with breathtaking landscapes, vibrant cultures, and cacao treasures are waiting to be discovered. In this tasting, we will journey through their rich flavours - from single-origin chocolate and roasted cacao nibs, to playful inclusions like banana, plantain, and the spirited touch of rum. What better way to experience a culture by tasting its stories through chocolate?
What to Look Forward To:
- Taste two secret cacao origins. We will explore the full spectrum of flavours crafted by two rare and hard-to-find chocolate makers
- Learn how to navigate a cacao and chocolate flavour profile map
- Make colorful paper cacao fruit hanging ornaments

Olivia – a Level 2 Certified Chocolate Taster from the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting, and has recently completed a Tree-to-bar certificate course at a cacao origin in Taiwan. She loves sharing the joy of craft chocolate and the stories behind it to inspire your own chocolate adventures.
