Join us for a sun-kissed chocolate adventure that celebrates the vibrant spirit of summer! From the country side of Southern Taiwan to the tropical landscapes of Brazil, Uganda and Jamaica, To compliment these bold origins, we will also indulge in fruity creations inspired by the season.
What to Look Forward To:
- Discover how to taste chocolate through a sensory experience
- Taste 4 unique cacao origins - Taiwan, Brazil, Jamaica and Uganda. There will be 8 varieties of chocolate and bonbons, with a possible blind tasting twist!
- Learn how to navigate a cacao and chocolate flavour profile map
- Sip and Crunch: Enjoy refreshing brewed cacao tea and the crunch of roasted cacao beans

- "Slow Roasted Cacao Nibs", 68% dark chocolate, Jamaica
- "Vermouth O'clock", 60% dark chocolate
- "Passionfruit", white chocolate
- "Sea Buckthorn", white chocolate
- Hand-crafted summer fruit inspired bonbons

Your Host:
Olivia – a Level 2 Certified Chocolate Taster from the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting, and has recently completed a Tree-to-bar certificate course at a cacao origin in Taiwan. She loves sharing the joy of craft chocolate and the stories behind it to inspire your own chocolate adventures.
