At YI SHI Cacao, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

We only accept returns for chocolate products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns for dissatisfaction with taste or preference.

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us. In that case, you will be issued a full refund for the ticket purchase.
